Kaiāulu | Belonging Together: Cultivating Kalo Poster
Created as part of the 2023-24 inaugural Creative Catalyst fellowship cohort through the AAPI Civic Engagement Fund, this is part of a collection of digital posters that aims to cultivate a sense of belonging for diasporic NHPI (Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander) communities. Featuring themes of family relationships, preservation of culture and language, and mutual support, these illustrations were made to empower NHPI youth and instill a sense of pride in their identity, no matter how far from home they may be.
Perfect for display in classrooms, community gathering spaces, or your home!
